Μετά την άρνηση των μελών του απελθόντος προεδρείου του Συλλόγου, Τσολακίδου Χριστίνας και Ρίγλη Κωνσταντίνου, να παρευρεθούν στη συνεδρίαση του Δ.Σ της 12ης Απριλίου 2011, για την παράδοση του αρχείου-υλικού και του ταμείου του Συλλόγου, όπως προβλέπεται από το άρθρο 18 παρ. 5 του Καταστατικού: «Μετά τη συγκρότηση σε Σώμα του νέου Δ.Σ. το παλαιό Δ.Σ. είναι υποχρεωμένο με πρωτόκολλο παράδοσης – παραλαβής να παραδώσει το υλικό του Συλλόγου, το Αρχείο, το Ταμείο και το Ταμείο Αλληλοβοήθειας», το Δ.Σ. αποφάσισε ομόφωνα την έγγραφη πρόσκληση των μελών του απελθόντος Δ.Σ. στη συνεδρίαση της Τετάρτης, 13/4/011, και ώρα 7μ.μ. στο 1ο Δ.Σ. Καρλοβασίου.
Πρόκειται για τη δεύτερη πρόσκληση για το θέμα της παράδοσης-παραλαβής του αρχείου, υλικού και ταμείου του Συλλόγου και υπενθυμίζουμε ότι το ζήτημα αυτό αποτελεί την πλέον αυτονόητη καταστατική διαδικασία μετά την εκλογή του νέου Δ.Σ., καθόσον μάλιστα έχει ήδη συγκροτηθεί σε σώμα από τις 8/4/2011.
Καλούμε λοιπόν τα μέλη του προηγούμενου προεδρείου να προχωρήσουν στις καταστατικές υποχρεώσεις τους σεβόμενοι το Σύλλογο και τους συναδέλφους.
